IPO funding calculator

Estimate application capital, borrowing costs and the price needed to cover those costs under your own allotment scenario.

Default values are an illustration, not a current IPO, lender quote or funding offer.

Application & funding inputs

* Required. Enter the lender’s actual terms. Interest is charged on the full funded amount for the entered days, irrespective of assumed allotment. Allotment may be zero.

Understand the assumptions

Interest = borrowed amount × annual rate × funding days ÷ day-count basis. Funding cost = interest + entered fees + tax on fees. Break-even = issue price + funding cost ÷ assumed allotted shares.

The ASBA application amount is blocked capital, not an application expense. Funds are debited for allotted shares under the applicable process. A loan is a separate obligation: eligibility, repayment dates and charges depend on the lender and issue rules. This estimate does not establish funding eligibility or guarantee allotment, listing gains or returns.
