What can I do on News2Wealth without registering?
Read public news and research, explore economic and property pages, and use financial calculators without an account. Account features such as private reading preferences and saved notices require sign-in. News2Wealth provides information and education; it does not execute investments or promise returns.
Where can I find the research tools?
Use the Markets, Economy, Real Estate and Tools navigation groups, or the illustrated research cards on the homepage. The mobile navigation drawer contains the same destinations. Search finds published articles, available instrument metadata, reviewed IPO records and financial topics; a search match does not mean a price feed is available.
Why is a story date different from its source-check time?
The publication date records when the source published the story. A source check records when News2Wealth last retrieved or evaluated that source. Checking again does not make an old story new. Dated reports remain labelled with their original dates, and a source check does not guarantee that a new eligible article was available.
Why are some official announcements missing from the homepage?
Availability, relevance, usable content and reuse permissions all matter. A retrieved headline is not permission to reproduce an article. Headline-only records may remain as source references rather than substantive homepage stories. Access failures, provider limits and editorial review can also delay coverage. We do not invent details or automatically approve drafts to fill a section.
Does checking sources every minute mean a new article every minute?
No. The scheduler evaluates which sources are due each minute, while each provider is polled at its permitted interval with backoff and request budgets. Eligible publications update the visible latest-news lists without a full-page reload. Source checks, new publications and corrections are different events.
Are all market prices live?
No. Market displays may show delayed, closing or indicative observations, depending on the instrument and provider. Read the displayed source, timestamp, unit and timing label. USD/INR daily references are not live stock prices; a CFD reference is not the official index it may resemble. Unavailable authorised instruments remain unavailable.
How should I read calendar times and missing figures?
Calendar entries describe reviewed schedules. Some dates have no confirmed exact release time, and schedules can change. Read the timezone and source verification date. A missing actual value or forecast means it is unavailable here, not zero. IPO dates are researched separately in the IPO Centre.
Why do country indicators have different reporting periods?
Publishers release different series at different intervals. Monthly inflation, a policy-rate decision and an annual comparison cannot be treated as the same observation. Compare matching definitions, periods and units, and inspect the recorded history. Dated observations and missing values retain their labels; old observations are not presented as live releases.
Are property observations current asking prices or valuations?
No. Property Intelligence combines dated research and source-reviewed observations. A housing price index describes a specified period and geography; it is not an individual property valuation or a current transaction quote. Check the observation period, source review date, coverage and property type before comparing locations.
Does a listed RERA record guarantee a safe purchase?
No. A record or research page does not replace checking the current authority record, project documents, legal title and applicable conditions. Registration and reported status have their own dates and limitations. News2Wealth does not infer that a project is complete or that an investment is suitable merely because a record exists.
What calculation convention do SIP and lump sum illustrations use?
The compact module reuses the existing server calculator. The entered annual rate is divided by 12 for nominal monthly compounding; SIP contributions arrive at month-end, with no initial lump sum in the compact SIP view. A lump sum compounds from the start. These are fixed-rate illustrations, excluding taxes, fees, inflation and changing returns. Real investments fluctuate and can lose value.
How is the loan EMI estimate calculated?
The illustration uses a fixed annual rate divided by 12, monthly reducing balance and equal monthly payments. At zero interest, the payment is principal divided by the number of months. It excludes charges, insurance, floating-rate changes and lender-specific rounding or final-payment adjustments. It does not establish loan eligibility or a lender offer.
Can I change the figures, use zero interest or clear an input?
Yes. Numeric fields and sliders stay in sync, and valid changes request a new illustration from the shared calculator. Zero interest is supported. An empty or out-of-range input shows a validation message rather than treating a blank as zero or displaying an old result as current. The compact tool supports whole-rupee amounts, one to forty years and rates from zero to thirty percent; the full page offers the wider supported inputs.
Which language and edition are available?
The current public website is the India edition in English. International coverage does not mean that additional translated editions are available. We do not show unfinished language selectors or claim that an article has a translation when it does not.
How do I access account features?
Use My account or the sign-in page. Availability of sign-in delivery depends on the configured authentication service; the page reports errors when delivery is unavailable. Never share passwords, verification codes or payment credentials through an enquiry. Reading public pages and using calculators does not require signing in.
What can I save in My News?
The Reader Desk supports account-specific preferences, saved source notices and research watchlists. Saved Articles is the separate article-reading destination. Sign in to use private account features. Saved links do not grant access to withdrawn, unpublished or restricted content, and watchlists do not place trades.
Do homepage preferences sign me up for email?
No. Optional homepage choices stay in that browser and do not silently create a subscription. Account preferences and newsletter choices are separate. Email alerts require their own consent and applicable confirmation, and delivery can be paused or unavailable. Check the current page status rather than assuming that saving a topic enables email.
